Western High School is looking for a passionate and experienced Offensive Coordinator to join our staff. We have had a very solid stretch over the last decade and looking to continue that success. We are going through a bit of a transition with our previous head coach retiring. Much of the previous staff is returning the new head coach being on the previous staff. The offensive coordinator will be responsible for designing an offense that fits our personnel, providing a blueprint of the offense for sub-varsity levels and working closely with the Varsity head coach to maximize the experience of being a Western Panther.
