Defensive Coordinator & Defensive Position Coaches
Powers Catholic (Flint, MI) is looking for a Defensive Coordinator to lead the Charger defense. The DC will be able to bring/ hire a defensive staff. I’m looking for smart, hungry, humble and dedicated individuals who are committed to helping us rebuild the football program.
No teaching positions are available, however, all positions have stipends.

Offensive Coordinator
Western High School is looking for a passionate and experienced Offensive Coordinator to join our staff. We have had a very solid stretch over the last decade and looking to continue that success. We are going through a bit of a transition with our previous head coach retiring. Much of the previous staff is returning the new head coach being on the previous staff.
The offensive coordinator will be responsible for designing an offense that fits our personnel, providing a blueprint of the offense for sub-varsity levels and working closely with the Varsity head coach to maximize the experience of being a Western Panther. Defensive Coordinator
Defensive Coordinator
Chesaning Union Schools is looking for a Defensive Coordinator to take charge of our varsity defense. This candidate will work closely with the head coach and defensive positional coaches to create and implement defensive strategies, drills, terminology and help the program develop student-athletes on and off the field.
Qualifications:
* Previous coaching experience preferred
* Understanding of defensive strategies and techniques.
* Ability to teach. motivate players and is all in on the program’s success.
* Good communication skills and ability to work with other coaches.
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

– Enforce rules and regulations concerning conditioning of student-athletes and their
health and safety.

conduct.
– Provide proper supervision in all situations.
– Maintain effective individual and team discipline / control.

Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
Organizational skills, knowledge, and experience associated with overseeing an entire 7-12 program to ensure consistency throughout and provide leadership and direction.
Communicate and meet with parents to keep them duly informed of the program, schedule and expectations.
Provide enthusiasm/knowledge for leading, teaching, mentoring and preparing student-athletes for successes after high school.
Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes.
Head coaching experience preferred.
Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
MHSAA CAP 1 or 2 certification preferred.
