Quintin was a two-year starter for the Carman Ainsworth Cavaliers, also lettering
as a sophomore at Flint Powers Catholic. Playing numerous positions
including linebacker, running back, full back, receiver and special teams,
Quintin played both sides of the ball both his junior and senior years. Both his senior
and junior years he lead the team in tackles. As a junior he racked up 90 tackles and
three sacks. As a senior he had 86 tackles, including seven sacks. Also in his senior season
he rushed 74 times for 483 yards and scored 11 touchdowns from the fullback spot. He was
elected captain in both his junior and senior seasons. As a sophomore and the starting running
back, he rushed for more than 700 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Quintin will attend The University of Michigan on a full-ride football scholarship. He
thanked, “God first, for being the head of my life, my parents, grandparents, extended
family and friends for believing in me and for their guidance and unconditional love.”
He gave a “special thanks to Attorney George Hamo and family, Doctor Larry Kassel and
family, the Genesee County Neighborhood Roundtable , Paul and Luan Brandt, Lillian Collins
and family, the Carman-Ainsworth Athletic Boosters Club, Football Parent Club and
the Carman-Ainsworth coaches for their support.”
