Nick Skeltis

Defensive Back

High School, Class: Utica Eisenhower, A

College: Saginaw Valley State University

 

Nick was a three year starter at Eisenhower and team captain his senior year. Nick was MVP of the defense, and earned the respect of his coaches and teammates for his leadership and ability to overcome adversity. Nick led his team to the state finals for the fourth time in five years. His senior year was special for many reasons, but mostly because he played alongside his twin brother and best friend Tony.

 

      Nick enjoys competitive sports and was a starter on the basketball team at Ike. He has also competed in track. Nick enjoys playing golf, and to relax he plays cards and video games.

 

      Nick thanked his coaches, Bob Lantzy, Torry Copacia and Chris Smith, “for believing in me and for sharing their time and talent over the last three years. My football experience at Eisenhower is something I will remember forever. I also thank my parents, grandparents and the rest of my family for supporting me throughout my high school career.

 

            Nick will play football at Saginaw Valley State with his brother Tony.
