George began his football career as a freshmen at Chelsea High School. There he set school, area, and state records as a quarterback including the school records of passing yards in a season (2,375) and state records of passing yards in a game (525) and passing TD’s in a game (7). His senior year he was elected team captain and later its offensive MVP. He helped the Bulldogs to an S.E.C. championship his sophomore and senior years while reaching the playoffs his sophomore, junior, and senior years.
He also received letters in basketball and track. On top of being a three sport athlete he was also a member of NHS, student council, and Spanish club, and has been awarded with leadership and good citizen awards. He graduated cum laude.
George thanked all those who have supported him in the past and continues to say, “All of the credit that has been given to me is really due to all the people around me. Anyone that knows me knows that I wouldn’t be where I am without my family, friends, teammates, coaches, and mentors who helped me along the way. Thank you.”
