Coach Filipiak said, “It is a great honor to coach in this game. I have had the opportunity to coach with and be influenced by many great people. My coaching mentors include my father, Gerald, who coached at Wyandotte for many years, and Hall of Fame members Ron Pascuzzi, Jim Buttson, and Ed Bellas. The opportunity to coach in this game and represent these people as well as Wyandotte Football is the highlight of my coaching career.”
