Erick started playing football in the third grade. He started as a defensive tackle and nose tackle and recordee 60 tackles and five sacks from those positions as a senior. He earned All Genesee Area Conference for his play on the defensive line in 2015.
Erick also threw the shot in excess of 55 feet for Mt. Morris’ track team and was a champion power lifter, bench pressing 405 pounds at the Midwest Elite Football Combine.
Erick thanked his family for their support through all his endeavors. He will continue his football and academic pursuits at Central Iowa College in Ft. Dodge.
