Alma High School
Dan grew up in the Mid-Michigan area and graduated from Fulton High School in 1994, where he played for West Head Coach, Randy Lark. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in education from Central Michigan University.
Dan began is football coaching career at Fulton High School where he was a varsity assistant for one season. He has been at Alma High School for the past 12 years. Dan has also coached basketball, baseball, and track both at the middle school and high school levels. He was selected as an Assistant Coach of the Year by the MHSFCA in 2008.
Dan and his wife Kristie have been married for 7 years and reside in Alma. They have one daughter, Raegan (2).
Dan said, “I’m extremely excited about the opportunity given to me by the Michigan High School Football Coaches Association to coach in such a prestigious game. I look forward to meeting and working with the players from around the state.
