Loren played football starting in the third grade. He was a two-year starter at cornerback for the Birch Run Panthers. During his two-year career the team amassed a record of 20-3. Making it to the state playoffs two years in a row and winning our school’s first playoff game in history. The Panthers also won the Tri- Valley Conference two years running and finished the last regular season with a 9-0 mark and made it to the state semi-finals.
Loren said, “I would like to thank my father most of all for his support throughout my life. I would also like to thank my brothers for the motivation they have provided me throughout high school. And last but not least, I thank Chris Gilliam for everything he has taught and done for me during the past four football seasons.”
