Michael’s football career began when he was eight years old. He played for the Northville-Novi Colts until 8th grade. As a freshman he started at linebacker and blocking back on the freshman level. He was the captain of his freshman football team. As a sophomore he started as a linebacker and tailback. He was also the captain of the JV team. As a junior and senior he started as a linebacker and tight end. He was captain of his State Championship football team as a senior. Michael was also captain of the state championship wrestling team. Michael said, “I would like to thank a few people for all of the success I have had in my career at Catholic Central. I first thank God because without him nothing would be possible. I thank my parents for all of the support they have shown me everyday. I thank my brothers for leading a good path for me to be successtul, and my sister for everything she has helped me with. I thank my coaches for everything they taught me. Lastly, I thank my teammates for always being there for me.”
